We offer downloadable software for personal or professional use, as detailed in the descriptions of each product on the Website. All products are digital and are delivered via a download link upon completing the purchase process.

Pricing

• Product prices are indicated in euros (€) as the base currency. Support for US dollars ($) is also provided, with automatic conversion updated daily based on the current exchange rate.
• For cryptocurrency payments, the price will be calculated in euros and converted to the equivalent value in the selected cryptocurrency at the time of the transaction, based on the exchange rate provided by our payment processor.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the applicable price will be the one displayed at the time of completing your order.
• No shipping costs apply, as the products are digital.

Purchase Process

1. Select the product you wish to purchase and add it to the cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page.
3. Enter your personal details (name, email, and, if applicable, billing address).
4. Select the payment method and accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding box.
5. Complete the payment. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the software download link.

Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through the specified gateways, and we do not store card data or private cryptocurrency keys on our servers. In the case of cryptocurrency payments, refunds will not be issued for fluctuations in value after the transaction.

Product Delivery

• Products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation via a download link sent to the provided email address.
• For cryptocurrency payments, delivery may be slightly delayed until the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (usually a few minutes, depending on the network).
• If you do not receive the link within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@ablackcatsoftware.com to resolve the issue.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided email is correct and functional.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

• Operation: Some of our software licenses are offered through subscriptions with automatic recurring payments (monthly, annual, etc.), which will renew indefinitely until you decide to cancel them.
• Automatic Renewal: The payment will be automatically charged to the selected payment method at the end of each billing period, according to the prevailing price at that time. You will be notified in advance of any changes to the subscription price.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account on the Website (in the "My Account" section or similar) or by sending us an email at contact@ablackcatsoftware.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made. Refunds are not offered for already paid periods.
• Consent: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these automatic renewal terms and the ability to cancel it whenever you wish.

Right of Withdrawal

• In accordance with Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to downloadable digital products once the download has started, provided that you have given your express consent and acknowledge the loss of this right upon making the purchase.
• For subscriptions, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the start of the first access period to the software, unless otherwise required by law. If you cancel during the active period, you will still be able to use the software until the end of that period.
• By completing the order, you agree that contract execution begins with the download and, therefore, waive the right of withdrawal upon receiving the link.

Warranties

• All our products come with the legal warranty of conformity established in consumer regulations (2 years from delivery).
• If the software has defects or does not function as described, contact us at contact@ablackcatsoftware.com to request support or a solution (refund or replacement, as applicable).
• This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use or lack of compatibility with your device if not specified in the product requirements.

Intellectual Property

• By purchasing it, you obtain a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license for use, solely for the purposes described in the product. Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without our express consent.

Liability

• We strive to ensure that the Website and products function properly, but we are not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to causes beyond our control (e.g., server failures, blockchain delays, or third-party issues).
• We do not assume responsibility for damages resulting from improper use of the software or failure to meet the specified technical requirements.

Conflict Resolution
