How can we collaborate?

Here is a step-by-step guide with everything you need to know.

What is a custom development?

Very simple: (1) you describe a technological problem that keeps you up at night, (2) we tell you if we can solve it and thus help you sleep peacefully.

Easy and simple, you've probably read this concept many times, but let's take it one step further.

What is development tailored to YOU?

It is our commitment to deliver a technological solution that meets your needs.

No unrealistic promises, we simply want to speak from pragmatism and deliver value as soon as possible. But together, sharing a common vision, since you are a very active part of the whole process.

How do I start this journey?

First, think carefully about what you're looking for and whether you truly need it. If you accept our free advice, this should be very clear so someone can help you—whether it's us or someone else.

Now that you (mostly) know what you need, what's next?

This is where you reach out to us, but not through the classic and cold contact forms.

We are here to change the way things are done: don't be afraid, write to us in detail via email at contact@ablackcatsoftware.com.

What do I need to send you so you can help me?

At the very least, your name, what you do, the company (whether your own or as an employee) where you work, and a brief summary of your sleep-related problems.

If you add time constraints (deadlines) or budget limitations to this initial list, you will help us tremendously.

Now that you've sent us everything by email, what's next?

Relax, sit back, and rest. We will read your message with the care you deserve and respond as soon as possible.

We will explain whether we believe we can help you or not, detailing the reasons in any case.

And if you can't help me, what should I do?

We will suggest other options to guide you and help you. You will receive a free consultation with immeasurable added value.

Our goal is to maintain customer satisfaction: even if we can't collaborate directly (yet), we want you to keep moving forward.

It looks like we can help you—shall we get started?

We will follow up by letting you know when we will meet virtually to continue discussing our adventure.

The goal of this first contact session is to get to know each other, put a face to the name, and dive deeper into what each party can expect.

We've already had our first meeting—do we start now?

After this first session, we will retreat to our cave to craft a value proposition just for you—one that we believe will satisfy you as much as possible.

And we will get back to you as soon as possible, inviting you to another virtual session to explain in detail our vision and value proposition.

If there are manageable details, we will refine them until we find the balance that works for both sides.

At this point, I’m not convinced by your proposal.

For us, it will have been a pleasure to have assisted you, and we wish you the best, even if we won’t (yet) be accompanying you on your journey.

At the very least, we hope to have made you reflect, to help you better understand your problem, and to open your mind to options you hadn’t imagined.

I’ve absolutely loved your proposal—now, shall we go all in?

We're almost there! We will send you the collaboration contract with all the details, including at least: our information, the scope of the proposal, what is included and what is not, the work format, the responsibilities of both parties, the delivery deadlines, and the payment terms.

It is a legal agreement and must be signed by both parties. While we prefer to avoid anything superfluous that does not add value, we aim to protect everyone from any misunderstandings with this.

We've now signed the collaboration contract—are we finally starting for real?

Let’s get to work! We will now begin following the different project phases, along with the corresponding deliverables as stipulated in the signed contract.

We expect you to be available so we can send you our questions in case we have any doubts and to meet periodically with the aim of reviewing the progress of the collaboration. It is very important to ensure that we are on the right path and to detect as soon as possible if we need to adjust the direction.

And what if I change my mind during the project—if I need more or fewer things?

As mentioned in the previous point, communication should be fluid and built on trust. Let’s talk openly and explore the possible fit within the original proposal or adjust it if necessary.

Let’s keep it simple—we all want to move forward toward success in this adventure, right?

We've completed the collaboration project—what’s next?

After the final delivery and your approval, we would love to receive the maximum amount of feedback to improve our way of working.

That’s why we’d love to hear your opinion about the project, both what you liked and what you would have preferred to be different.

We are confident that we can grow tremendously by understanding what works best and what doesn’t.

I want to keep working with you—what can we do?

If after completing the collaboration you need any value-added service, additional support, ongoing maintenance for the technological solution, expanded functionalities, etc.

Ask for what you need and let’s talk openly and with trust, since by now we will have already been collaborating for a while.

I’m going to recommend you to all my acquaintances

Many thanks! And we will also recommend you and your company. 😊

Are you convinced? Send us an email at contact@ablackcatsoftware.com, and we’ll assist you gladly.
